Framework and Outline of Political Parties in US

In recent time, US are the super power based on its nukes and great political and economic system. With the context of its political structure, there have been several big and small political parties played their role in th making of political structure since 1789 when the constitution was formulized. Each party tried utmost to show powerful depiction in the political system of US (Alesina & Sachs, 1986). If concerning the objectives as well as goals of any political party, denomination of the political system o fthat paort, political stability, hold in political phenomenon, and above all, stable political decisions, are the vital aspects of any political party that play its vital role for state (Skocpol, 1997).

First and foremost thing is to select suitable candidates for the parties. All parties rely on honest and energetic personnel. Such example is deliberately found in US politics. Talking about the recent political phenomenon of the political parties, in US, the pump and show is on its peak as working spirit is not being observed probably. Eventually, such scenario cannot be compared in the time when US was struggling for political stability from 1778 to 1800. During that period of time, the patriotism among the political parties was the foremost aspect that cannot be neglected anymore. Any political party has to tackle the voting system as it is happened in US as some party could not bear and tackle the voting system well (Michels et al., 2017). It has been noted in the politics in US, there have been riots and lawlessness during the electoral system after winning the elections.

Because these organizations exist, voters can connect politicians to the programmes and values they support. It is a sign that allows voters to quickly recognize the candidates' positions on a variety of issues. Since its founding in the 1700s, the US has desired a powerful central government capable of achieving all national goals. The Federalist Party was created in 1787 and was the country's first political party. George Washington was elected president in 1789 and served for eight years until his death in 1797. Hatfield et al. (1997) explain that during his reign, anti-federalists formed to represent a new socioeconomic class of small farmers, craftsmen, and planters who opposed the federal government.

The United States adopted a two-party system over two centuries. President Thomas Jefferson ran on the Democratic-Republican ticket in 1801 and represented the Democratic-Republican Party (Burstein, 2004). The end of federalism in the United States came with the outbreak of the War of 1812. The Democratic-Republican Party had been renamed the Democratic Party, while his opponents, former Federalists, had formed the Whig Party. In recent years, the Democratic and Republican Parties have risen to prominence in the United States and elsewhere. There are no restrictions on which political parties can run candidates in a presidential election. Candidates from other parties can also be endorsed in a presidential election.
